Return Period: You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Make a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Once we receive this information, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs: Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our Customer Support team.
